Vehicle Rodent Repeller
The Pestrol Vehicle Rodent Repeller gives out two kinds of ultrasonic waves which irritate the nervous and audio system of the rodents, making them uncomfortable and unpleasant, which will drive them away. The frequency of the Rat Vehicle Repeller ultrasonic waves is always changing, which doesn’t allow the rodents to have immunity or adaptability.
The unit is activated when the vehicle is turned off and shuts down when the vehicle is turned on.

Works a treat! first one I bought started glitching, but emailed them and they replaced quickly, no problems or rats since, personally I disconnect mine before driving and during the day and still all good as they seem to only go in there at night.
Perfect product and easy to place!!
I purchased the vehicle rodent repeller to plug into the cigarette lighter as per the ad and the instructions inside the package, but it is missing the cord to plug it into the lighter. It only has the one to attach it to a car battery. I have been trying to get an answer from Pestrol on this for 3 weeks now, I have made 2 calls, sent 2 emails and left a message on the chat. So far I am getting nowhere and a rat is nesting inside my car at night while I wait for Pestrol to respond.
I haven’t had this product long enough to gauge its effectiveness. It was easy to install however.
After noticing evidence of rats and/or mice residing in the engine bay of our RAV4, my husband went looking for a suitable deterrent.
He liked this product, being in a metal case, and after reading a number of reviews decided to purchase one. The tricky part was finding a place to mount it securely in the engine bay.
It’s too early to judge the effectiveness but going by the reviews it should do the job well.
I returned this one, swapping for a different unit that was external rather than this engine installation. (I have mid engine vehicle).
Happy with replacement unit,
flashing lights and high frequency ( inaudible to human ear) noise signal.
Great
Fast postage, good communication. So far so good haven’t had any mention of rats in my sons Ranger engine ?
Very happy with results.
Only issues was a flat battery in my van, I need to idle vehicle once a week, not leave for three weeks.
Definatly recommend and have already done so to friends.
This product has done wonders in removing the annoying rats that were making the bonnet area there home. highly recommend to anybody with the same problem.
No installation instructions
Product seems to work but it is early days, will it repel rodents as advertised….?
Very happy with this product. Had mice in the car numerous times this summer but not since installing these.
So far so good. Have had the repeller installed by our electrical engineer and our resident garden rat has so far not returned to continue its destruction of our vehicle.
Appears to work well
I’m happy so far but it has only been installed a couple of weeks. I was finding olive seeds and rat urine in my engine most days but have found none since installation.
