The Bundle comes with:

• Basil seeds: This versatile herb will add an extra layer of taste to every Pizza and Pasta dish! Easy to grow, fragrant and delicious, this herb can be grown indoors and outdoors. They need a lot of light. The small seeds are best sown lightly onto the soil. Can provide harvest all year long (except in really cold climate).
• Chive seeds: Blooming into beautiful pink flowers, Chives look and taste great! They grow with little trouble in your garden or in a pot and make for nice edging plants. Sow in groups of 3-4 and remove weaker seedlings as plants grow to leave just 1 per group. It is necessary to use a good potting mix to ensure great yield all year.
• Coriander seeds: Best planted in the cooler temperatures of Spring, Coriander is a widely used herb in many cuisines. Best sown in sandy or loam soil, it can be left on its own for long and still flourish. Once the flowers bloom, seeds can also be harvested to use in foods.
• Italian Parsley seeds: Going well with many different kind of dishes ad cuisines, Italian Parsley is renowned for its delicious flavour. Packed with Vitamin C and Iron, it is great to use in salads or as a garnish for sauces. Italian Parsley or French Parsley as it’s known in other parts of the world, can be planted and harvested for its leaves all year long. Can be used fresh or dried, this herb can be planted in your veggie garden or in a pot indoors. Thin out to 15cm once the seeds have germinated and shoots are out.
• Peppermint seeds: Great to use in Mediterranean cuisine, Mint is very fragrant and extremely easy to grow. Add an extra layer of freshness to your dishes all year round. Sow them thinly in well-drained soil in a shady, damp spot in your garden or in a pot indoors. This plant will spread so be sure to plant it in a spot where it can be contained. We recommend a container, pot or tub.
