To use Yates Tree & Blackberry Killer Concentrate with a tree stump, always keep in mind the following;
Application Frequency:
Initial Application: Apply the herbicide to the freshly cut stump right after cutting down the tree.
Follow-Up: Keep an eye on the stump. If you see new shoots, apply the herbicide again. Typically, one good application should work, but you might need to reapply if regrowth happens.
When You’ll See Results:
First Signs: Within a few weeks, you should notice the tree’s leaves and shoots starting to yellow and wilt.
Complete Effect: It may take a few weeks to a few months for the stump and roots to fully die off.
Tips for Best Results:
Active Growth: Apply the herbicide when the tree is actively growing, usually from late spring to early autumn.
Fresh Stump: Make sure to apply the herbicide to the stump right after cutting it for maximum absorption.
Weather Conditions: Avoid applying if rain is expected within 24 hours.

Yates Tree & Blackberry Killer Concentrate can remove tree stumps, the tree would have to be cut down first and the product applied to the stump to kill off the roots for easier removal.
