Weldbond is a universal adhesive that bonds almost anything!
It is non-toxic, non-flammable.
Our Adhesive can be used in various applications as a glue, bonding agent, sealer or primer. Its high solid content means that it can be easily diluted and therefore becomes a very economical alternative to traditional products used for specific applications.
Weldbond will dry clear and flexible and is therefore ideal for use with woods and fabrics as no glue lines will show and the glue will bend with movement. It is non-staining and will not become brittle with age.

Weldbond Universal Adhesive
Hey Dave,
Weldbond Universal Adhesive is not the best choice for gluing acrylic to acrylic. While it is a versatile adhesive that works well on many materials, it has limitations when used exclusively with acrylic. When applied between two pieces of acrylic, Weldbond takes an extremely long time to dry, if it dries at all.
However, Weldbond could be effective for bonding acrylic to other materials such as wood. In these mixed applications, it forms a strong bond, though it may not be as secure as specialized acrylic adhesives.
For acrylic-to-acrylic bonding, it's better to use adhesives specifically designed for this purpose, such as acrylic cement or specialized acrylic bonding agents. These will provide a stronger, more reliable bond for acrylic materials.
