Our WEED MAT Black Woven – Prepack is made of woven polypropylene fabric that is 100% recycled. It has an 85gsm thickness, is UV stable, and is available in black.
1. Weed and grass killers should be used to clear the grounds of weeds and grasses. Check the weed killer product’s instructions to see when Weed Mat can be used.
2. Spread the Weed Mat over the area, allowing 5cm overlap if using more than one piece.
3. Cover the material with at least 50mm of mulch, bark, or other material to prevent deterioration and weed growth.
4. Make a hole to accommodate both new and existing plantings.
