    Hello I have two small wasps nests on my outdoor plants on the balcony. Pretty recent as in onpy appeared in last months and I can see around 4 wasps. I think they are paper wasps. I dont want to harm them but now having built a second nest on another plant am getting concerned. Instructions say to remove any exisitng nests, if I hang the decoy now, will the existing wasps move on and therefore not have to danger myself in removing their current nests?     Hi Estelle, once a wasp has built an established nest, it's unlikely to move just because of the presence of a decoy. Hanging a wasp nest decoy now might not lead the existing wasps to abandon their current nests. If the wasps are not causing harm and you want to avoid hurting them, it might be better to coexist with them, especially since they can help control other pests. However, if the wasps become a concern, especially in terms of safety, it would be advisable to consult a professional service for safe and effective removal.
