Yes you can switch off the strobing LED lights on the UltraGuard Rat & Mouse Repellent, there's a small button on the back of the device that toggles the strobe light on and off.
The Ultraguarg Rat & Mouse Repellent is designed specifically for indoor use, and it's important to adhere to this guideline for safety and effectiveness. Using this unit outdoors, such as on an open patio, is not recommended for several reasons:
