Tree Guard Insect Pest Barrier - 500gm

To use Tree Guard Insect Pest Barrier, you would need to do the following;
- Wrap Masking Tape or a type of banding material around the trunk, just under the tree branching point.
- Use a spatula to smear a very thing layer (about 2mm) of Tree GUard on the entire tape.
- Discard tape every 2-3 months or sooner if it is full of insects.
- Repeat the process as required

Using tape as a barrier for Tree Guard Insect Pest Barrier is more recommended than applying it directly on to the tree, as it would need to be changed out every 2-3 months or sooner depending on how many insects have been caught. Applying it directly might make this process far more difficult.

Tree Guard Insect Pest Barrier comes in a 500g resealable tub. One tub will cover approximately 12 tree trunks that measure about 30cm in diameter when used as directed.

We use this to try to combat the horrid elm beetle. The larvae stick to it while travelling down the trunk. Sticky but works.
We live in a swampy area and have a lot of pests. We painted two 500mm square plastic sheets yellow and then with Pest barrier, possibly the best thing ever. So happy 🙂
I have used the product before and it work well on my fruit trees! I did try to purchase from Bunnings! Some staff had no idea what I was talking about! And a couple of store were out of stock! So l bought my off line.
