There's no mention in the user guide for Total Lawn Grub & Beetle Killer whether it can be used straight after a herbicide has been applied. Perhaps to be safe, let the herbicide dry completely before applying this product.

No it wouldn't be necessary to water the lawn after applying Total Lawn Grub & Beetle Killer. Watering the lawn might cause an adverse effect by further diluting the mixture post application.
