Yes, Superway's Total Bug & Systemic Concentrate is effective at killing aphids, mealybugs, thrips, and similar pests. It works systemically by being absorbed into the plant, targeting insects that feed on it. While it can eliminate many pests with the first application, severe infestations may require additional treatments. Always follow the product label instructions for proper application and safety.

Total Bug & Insect Systemic Concentrate uses Imidacloprid as it's main active ingredient, in the user guide for this product, Citrus plants are not mentioned, as such we wouldn't advise using a product with this active ingredient.
Imidacloprid is a systemic insecticide, and the absorption by the plant can lead to pesticide residues in the fruit, which can pose health risks if consumed.

Lilly Pilly Psyllids are not one of the insects on the user guide which Total Bug & Insect Systemic Concentrate will control.

No, Total Bug & INsect Systemic Concentrate has not been registered for use with Cicadas. This product uses the active ingredient Imidacloprid, which is a systemic insecticide used to target common sucking insects that attack plants.

Total Bug & Insect Systemic Concentrate would not be an effective treatment for mites, as the active ingredient, Imidacloprid, doesn't effect their nervous tissue in the same way that it does for the targeted pests (Aphids, Mealy Bugs, Thrips and other sucking insects).
For control of Mites, I would be recommended a few of the following;
