Yes, Tomcat Bromethalin Blocks will be toxic to dogs and cats when ingested directly, or through secondary poisoning if the animals eat the rodent that has ingested the bait.
To reduce the risk of direct ingestion, bait responsible by using a rodent bait station. This will prevent other animals from being able to access the bait.
To reduce the risk of secondary poisoning I would suggest using Contrac instead
