Time’s Up Rodent Bait Station

It’s important to exercise caution when using Rodent Baits, and with Time’s Up Rodent Bait Station, you’ll be keeping the baits for the rodents and nothing more.

Featuring a strong plastic, lockable casing which keeps baits away from children and pets. This is a universal model which fits all brands of bait blocks and throw packs. Note bait is sold separately.

Looking for some other rodent alternatives? We have an extensive range of Rodent Control products!

For Best Results

  • Eliminate alternative food sources. This will make the rodenticide more attractive.
  • Wear gloves when handling baits, not just for safety but because rodents can detect human odours and it might cause bait shyness.
  • Place the bait station where there are signs of rodent activity such as droppings, evidence of feeding, or even chewed skirtings.
  • You may want to MONITOR BEFORE BAITING like Pest Control Professionals do. Place a non-poisonous lure (like peanut butter, nuts, chocolates, marshmallows, or soft cheese) in the bait station and monitor. When you see evidence of bait take, remove the Lure and replace it with Times Up Bait. This way you are ONLY using Poisons where you are likely to get the best result.
Space bait stations about 2-3 metres apart.
  • Place the station along a wall so the wall guides the rodent into the station.
  • Leave the Bait Station in place for 2-3 days. Inspect baits daily for evidence of feeding. Rats can be shy and may monitor the station a few times before feeding.
  • Replenish baits until you see no more evidence of bait take.
  • Remove the bait station when feeding activity ceases and there is no more evidence of mice. This may take up to 2 weeks if there is multiple mice present.

Always Play it Safe

If rodenticides are used carefully and in accordance with their instructions, they are safe to use. The active ingredients in rodenticides are toxic to rodents and may be dangerous to other species if they are used incorrectly.

  • ALWAYS read and follow the instructions on the label.
  • Baits are not to be used for any purpose or in any manner contrary to the label unless authorized.
  • ALWAYS use a Bait Station. DO NOT place baits in the open.
  • DO NOT place baits in locations that are accessible to children, pets, other animals, and birds.
  • Record the number and location of baits for later replenishment or removal.
  • DO NOT place bait stations on or near exposed food or food utensils, food preparation areas, or food storage areas.
  • DO NOT let cats and dogs eat poisoned mice. The use of this product for the control of protected native rodents and rodent-like animals requires permission from wildlife authorities.
  • LOOK for dead carcasses around your property. Dispose of dead carcasses by wrapping them in paper, placing them in a plastic bag, and putting them in the garbage.
  • This product is restricted to use in and around (within 2 m) buildings, structures, and enclosed spaces.
  • This product is hazardous to pigs, cats, dogs, poultry, birds, and wildlife and care should be exercised in its use.
  • DO NOT allow chemical containers or wax blocks to get into drains, sewers, streams, or ponds.
  • Containers that have held bait should not be used for any other purpose.
  • Remove the bait station when feeding activity ceases and there is no more evidence of mice. This may take up to 2 weeks if there are multiple mice present.
  • Poisonous if swallowed. Do not touch bait. If contact with skin is made, and also, after each baiting, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Wash hands after use.

Love the clear idea to see if the bait has been touch without opening the box. Having a clear station, does that reduce the chance of the rodent to take the bait? Any disadvantages? Would like to use this with the Tomcat II blox, unless you stock the Tomcat Rat and Mouse killer station with the clear window? Paul asked on 20 January 2024

Hey Paul,
The clear Time’s Up Rodent Bait Station will have no impact on the chances that the rodent will take the bait, it's purely to monitor the status of the bait and whether it needs to be refilled.

This bait station is suitable for most block baits, so you should be fine to use the Tomcat blox in this station.

We only have two of the Tomcat stations in our range, neither have the clear viewing window.
