Selleys Storm Tape 3 x 75mm

Selleys Storm Tape 3 x 75mm is excellent for emergency repairs while permanent repairs are being completed.  It prevents water leaks for at least 48 hours until repairs are done. Perfect for repairing while it rains to stop leaks in an instant.

Suitable for Aluminium, Galvanised Steel, Colorbond® Steel, Copper, Brass, Fibreglass, some rubbers and plastics.

How to use:

1. Make sure the surface is clean and clear of dirt, grease, and oil.
2. Cut the tape or patch to the size you want. Make sure that at least 2-3cm of tape extends beyond each hole’s edge.
3. Remove the backing paper, place it gently, and firmly press it down.
4. Once the tape is in place, massage it vigorously to remove any air or water bubbles and ensure proper contact between the tape and the substrate.
5. Remove the tape and leave it in place until permanent repairs may be completed.

*In moist conditions, porous substrates, glass, and glazed ceramic are not suited. Not for high-pressure leaks, persistent immersion in water, or undersea applications. The watertight seal is just temporary for at least 48 hours. Not suitable for repairing large holes, rips, and seams.
