Selleys No More Big Gaps

Selleys No More Big Gaps is a semi-rigid expanding foam that cures into a semi-rigid closed-cell foam. Excellent for filling big and irregular holes or cavities, such as those around pipelines.

Features:

• Fills uneven and huge holes around the house by expanding up to 2.5 times. The amount of space that can be expanded depends on the conditions and constraints of the space.
• Pests, noise, and birds are all blocked by this excellent insulator.
• Curing time is quick. Within 15 minutes of application, the surface will be tack-free. In about 4 hours, a 3cm to 5cm deep treatment will be completely cured.
• Spray into the gaps with this convenient aerosol container that requires no mixing.
• Cut, trim, sand, and paint the finished product.
• Temperature resistance ranges from -40°C to +90°C.

How to use:

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease, flaking/powdery paint and old or crumbling caulk. For best performance, moisten surfaces by spraying with water (a plant sprayer is ideal).
2. Wear gloves and eye protection. Product is difficult to remove from skin and clothing.
3. Shake can vigorously for 60 seconds.
4. Screw nozzle onto can valve. Do not over tighten.
5. Turn can upside down and gently apply pressure on the trigger to extrude the product. Vary the pressure to control product flow. Fill half the space. Do not overfill as product will expand up to 2.5 times its volume over several hours.
6. For extended usage continue to shake the can from time to time.
7. Clean up any overspray and spillage immediately with a dry cloth. Acetone/nail polish remover will assist.
8. Product will be tack free in 15 minutes and fully cured in approximately 4 hours. Once cured, product can be cut back with a sharp knife or sanded with a sanding block.
