Selleys Autofix Windscreen Sealant AF07 – 75g

Selleys Autofix Windscreen Sealant AF07 – 75g is a black silicone R.T.V. rubber with a neutral cure for fast and effectively sealings leaks on windscreens.

How to use

1. Remove any dirt or moisture between the rubber and windscreen glass. Clean with mineral turps and dry.
2. Pierce blind seal at end of the tube. Cut and fit nozzle.
3. If possible, insert a nozzle between rubber and glass or rubber and metal. Squeeze tube with steady pressure, pushing the sealant ahead of the nozzle. This method will force the sealant in and smooth the surface at the same time.
4. If further smoothing is required, smooth before sealant skins.
5. After use, remove the nozzle and replace it with a cap. Allow the sealant to cure in the nozzle and remove before next use.

Limitations:

• Cannot be painted over.
• Available only in black. If clear colour is required use Selleys Roof & Gutter Silicone Sealant.
• Avoid smearing excess sealant on glass or paintwork. Use masking tape for a neat appearance, or where clean-up is difficult.
