Rechargeable Mosquito Trap – Black is a brand new release from Pestrol. Available in both White and Black this is a must-have for any outdoor enthusiast. Pestrol has been selling mosquito traps as part of our DIY range for over 15 years and we continue to strive to always update products or add new products to our exciting range.
Many customers have always asked if we had a mozzie trap that could be used on mains power but also can be portable/rechargeable. Regrettably, up until now, that wasn’t available.
Australia is a fantastic country to go and explore, now we have the opportunity of taking with us a portable mosquito trap or use when perhaps electricity is not an option. When placing the unit, we recommend keeping the unit off the ground preferably, away from another competing light source and away from us to draw the mozzies away from where we could be sitting.

A: Approximately 2 hours
Q: How long will the mosquito trap last on a full charge?
A: Approximately 4.5-5 hours only light and fan option (Pressing Button Once). 3-3.5 hours on light, zapping and fan option. (Pressing Button Twice)

I recently purchased this product for my grandchildren as I have one myself and am very happy with its effectiveness.
Its very quiet and easy to empty and catches any stray mozzies that make it inside. If you have a serious problem like we do with heaps of mozzies outside then go for the Dominator as its excellent.

Doesn’t work mosquitos sit on the wall near it and still bite us in our sleep, it looks fancy but has only caught about 2 mozzies in a month in multiple positions also. Save your $$$.
Looks nice & fancy with good marketing and they repeat business with the lure things, but doesn’t work unfortunately! It’s caught about 2 mosquitos in a month they literally sit on the wall near it so I just kill by hand, moved it to multiple positions also- no shortage of mozzies here too. Save your $$$. Do other preventative measures like removing stagnant bodies of water put fish to eat larvae in ponds etc.

This is a fantastic rechargeable mozzie trap that we use inside our home. We have the large Dominator model outdoors and it has been fantastic in making our verandah really enjoyable and almost mozzie free. If the grandkids accidentally leave the door open and a stray mosquito comes inside this little indoor unit takes care of it. The fan is extremely quiet and the light is unobtrusive so you could use it in a bedroom with no worries at all. I love this company and have bought several of these for gifts. Their service is exceptional.
This trap has repelled over 10 mosquitoes from biting us at night in the first day of using it! Seriously impressed! My only question is: can it be left on charge while running 24/7. Just because I want to constantly avoid mosquitoes
I have two units and both are catching mozzies. Thanks for selling a mozzies trap that actually works. It catches most mozzies and flying bugs. Unit is not too noisy either. Recommended product ++

I have this machine and the highest rated Sleep Easy Indoor Mosquito Trap as well running side by side. Honestly this machine is way better, it’s trapped and zapped over 100 mosquitos in two months compared the other one which has caught only 3. It’s way quieter too, almost silent.
If I owned Pestrol I would remove all other products from the shop and just sell this.
Seems good and its quite and look very nice and solid its handy it has a handle and a hook. It’s rechargeable it didn’t catch anything yet as the weather had turned cold.
We must have die hard mosquitos here, as not all of them are lured by this machine. Overall pretty good though.
Not 100% effective but I think it helps. The biggest minus would be the manual recommend to turn on 3 hours before using the area, but the battery only last for 4 hours so this is a bit impractical.
Personally, I find it has an amazing design. Good quality. Haven’t tested for effectivity much because the weather has gone cold after purchase, therefore, less mosquitoes. Haven’t turned it off for two weeks indoors, and have caught three different insects.
Not bothered by the slight sound it makes when you’re beside it.
I like that I can charge it on my laptop whichever room in the house I go, and can’t wait to take it with me outdoors without bringing a power cord.
In terms of delivery time, I know some people add this on reviews but this one does not bother me as I acknowledge that this is prevalent during the pandemic but mine arrived on time. Good delivery updates. Very useful.
