Anyone can install our possum control spikes. They are hassle-free and easy to install. They can be screwed, nailed or glued (neutral silicon)in place. Our possum spikes are UV-resistant, tough polycarbonate that is suitable for our harsh Australian climate. Pestrol also has cat and possum repelling spikes that are more visually appealing.

I am so happy that I found these. I had the short grey ones which are in a heavier plastic and a few days after installing them watched a possum walk across the top of the fence.
Since getting these I have seen possums try to come over the fence and they give up.

I purchased some of these awhile to put along the fence line to see if this would stop the array of possums eating our climbing roses. Since it was a great success I purchased more to do the perimeter of our property. Whilst the possums can still jump the picket fence they cannot get the roses. Happy customer.
Highly effective
These spikes have gone a long way to deterring the possums which have been dining on my lemon tree each night. They are sturdy, easy to install, and a good height. Unfortunately the fence on which they are mounted has some sections where I couldn’t attach the spikes, leaving small gaps that the sneaky critters can squeeze through. However the spikes make it impossible for the possums to walk along the fence, so overall I’m very happy with them.
The product is as described but to be honest it’s almost impossible keeping possums out of your garden unless you put these spikes ALL along your fence and assuming you have no gaps in your fence. We have a few gaps in the wooden fence big enough for them to squeeze into.
However I have used these spikes to stop possums from eating the new growth of trees that are growing right next to the fence, previously as the growth reached the fence line it would be nibbled on by them. So it has been useful for that!
Early to tell, but appear to stop possums jumping across to roof.
We had a huge possum problem with the possums consuming Christmas Dinner with my climbing roses every night, total destruction. Over the years we had tried everything possible to no avail, until we tried “The Possum Repellent Spikes”. We honestly thought they would out smart these in no time, however we have had success. My roses are growing back, the possums can no longer access their food chain. We are so happy ?.
