The Soil and Microbe Booster that comes with the Plant Runner Plant Care Booster Kit, should be applied at a rate of 1-2 teaspoons which you'll sprinkle around the root zone, about once every three months. Fine to water in as well, the Biochar that is part of the make up of that product helps to boost soil capacity to hold nutrients and water.
