Yes, the Pestrol Ultrasonic Rodent Repeller Pro works on both Rats and Mice. Bear in mind this unit needs to be used indoors, or in an undercover area to protect it from the elements as it's not rated for outdoor use.

The Pestrol Ultrasonic Rodent Repeller Pro can be used with an extension cord. This item uses ultrasonic noise to repel rodents from the area. Using an extension cord won't effect the performance of this device.
The only product we don't recommend using with an extension cord is our Pestrol Rodent Free, as that utilizes electromagnetic tech which uses the wiring of your home to flush rodents out of any wall cavities they might be hiding away in. Using an extension cord or an adapter can inhibit the electromagnetic, as it will have an additional barrier to go through to get to the wiring.

Either the Pestrol Ultrasonic Rodent Repeller Pro or out Pestrol 360 Rodent Repeller can work in these instances.
Both units are designed for indoor use, but provided there's enough cover to protect the machines from the elements, you could use them in that case as well.

Cannot understand why and would love any suggestions from you. We have a flat roof and usually PESTROL in the BEST
