Hi the product has worked really good for past 6 years , then all of a sudden we have mice back inside house, I have ordered 3 more and will replace old ones , hopefully will work as good as news ones did, if so we are happy with 6 years no mice

One unit did not work at all (this can happen so no big deal). However when I contacted your customer non-service they insisted I made a video of both units being plugged & unplugged as proof. An inconvenience for me but many of Graham Ross’s Garden Clinic listeners are elderly & could not do this. It was an absurd request for such a small warranty claim considering you are an online seller.

We had a mouse or rat scratching in the roof of our house and after a few days of installing the Pestrol Rodent Free there has been no sign of the rodent/s since.

We have used Pestrol before in our previous country house where we had a lot of insects, mice, and rats. The gadgets worked brilliantly, and we only found dead vermin after their installation. Recently, we moved to a new house and had a mouse problem. However, after installing Pestrol gadgets again, the mice disappeared.
Unfortunately, we now have a sugar ant problem, and the Pestrol gadgets didn’t help with ants. To solve this issue, we had to spray a solution around the perimeter of the house. The spray has worked effectively, and the ant problem is pretty much solved now.
