If you have used the product a week ago and still see active ants, this isn't unusual. The granules are designed to be carried back to the nest, where they eventually kill the queen and the entire colony.
Full colony eradication can take 3-6 months as the product works its way through the ant population.

Patrol Fire Ant Killer uses fiprinol as stated in the first sentence of this listing. I have had a look at it and seen that we don't have the g/kg, which is 0.25g/kg Fipronil. I'll ask one of our team to include that now.
