How to Use Osmocote All Purpose Controlled Release Fertiliser

2. For Established Plants: Annually sprinkle Scotts Osmocote® around the dripline on the soil, beneath the leaf canopy’s outer perimeter, followed by mulch. This targets the feeding roots efficiently.
3. Pots & Planters: Lightly sprinkle the fertiliser over the potting mix at the suggested rate and cover with a thin mulch layer.
4. Self-Watering Pots: Create 10cm deep holes in the potting mix, a few cm away from the pot’s rim, and fill them with Scotts Osmocote® columns. Water the top once or twice to initiate feeding. The number of holes will depend on pot size.
