Multicrop GroundBreaker

Ditch the shovel next time you have some hard earth to break up and try Multicrop GroundBreaker instead! Available as a 2.8L Hose-On, or as a 2L Concentrate!

A liquid soil conditioner that changes heavy soils or high clay content soils into a more useable form. It is an ionic exchange resin that changes the minute electronic charges on the clay particles so that they can aggregate, behaving more like normal soil particles. It is a safe, easy, and effective way to obtain more usable soil and better utilization of existing soil nutrients.

Why can’t I use ground breaker on wet soil I may have to wait months before soil is not wet instructions says not to use on wet or soggy soil .thanks will wait for answer Mick asked on 12 June 2024

Hey Mick,
Multicrop GroundBreaker should not be used on wet soil primarily because the effectiveness of the product relies on its ability to penetrate and modify the soil structure. Applying it to wet soil can interfere with this process in several ways:

1. Reduced Penetration: Wet soil can impede the product's ability to penetrate deeply. GroundBreaker is designed to be absorbed into the soil to a depth of 10-15 cm. In wet conditions, the liquid may remain on the surface or only penetrate shallowly, reducing its effectiveness.

2. Dilution Effect: When the soil is already saturated with water, the concentration of the product can be diluted, weakening its ability to alter the electronic charges on the clay particles effectively.

3. Soil Compaction: Wet soil is more prone to compaction. Applying GroundBreaker in such conditions may lead to the product being trapped in compacted layers, preventing it from interacting properly with the soil particles.

4. Waterlogging: Using the product on wet soil could exacerbate water retention issues. GroundBreaker is intended to improve drainage and aeration, but in already waterlogged conditions, it may not function as intended and could potentially worsen the situation by creating a barrier on the soil surface.

These factors collectively mean that for optimal results, GroundBreaker should be applied to dry or moderately moist soil, allowing it to be absorbed effectively and interact with the soil particles as designed
