Multicrop EcoGrub 3 in 1 is made from naturally derived ingredients, and contains no harmful synthetic poisons, when used as directed it should be perfectly fine for dogs. That being said there is a caution on the back of the bottle that says "DO NOT graze any treated area or cut for stock food" if your dog likes to nip the grass, and they ingest it, I would take them to a vet to be checked out. If they're just walking around in the backyard, give it a bit of time to dry and they should be fine.
