Based on a combination of natural Pyrethrins and Eucalyptus oil. The pyrethrum is extracted from the flower of the Pyrethrum daisy. It is a potent, broad-spectrum, contact insect killer that attacks the nervous system of insects. To humans though, Pyrethrum is safe and non-toxic because it does not attack mammals and breaks down very quickly. Eucalyptus is also known to contain insecticidal activity as well as being a strong repellent. Eucalyptus also tends to remain on or in the plants longer than Pyrethrum.
