    Description

    Mr. Fothergill’s Minivan Grow Kit

    Mr. Fothergill’s Minivan Grow Kit – We believe gardening should be enjoyable and simple, and nothing says that more than this quirky minivan planter! This adorable van comes with everything you’ll need to cultivate a lovely Freckle Face (Hypoestes). Also known as the Polka Dot plant, these can be grown both indoors and outdoors in well-drained soil all year round.

    The kit comes with:

    • Seed packet
    • Soil pellet
    • Minivan Planter

    Dimensions: 8 x 5 x 5cm

    Growing Tips:

    1. Hydrate the soil pellet by putting it in a bowl and adding lukewarm water to it (about 3 times the volume of the pellet).
    2. In about 10 minutes, you should have enough soil to fill your pot. Fill your pot and leave some soil aside to use later.
    3. Open the sachet of seeds and sprinkle them evenly over the soil. Use the soil left in the bowl to lightly cover the seeds. Water the plant and then keep soil evenly moist.
    4. Place the pot in a warm sunny spot, preferably on a windowsill. Seeds will take 10-14 days to germinate.
    5. When seedlings are strong enough to handle, thin them out to promote strong growth. The weaker ones can be transplanted to another pot or garden bed.

    These instructions are the same as the ones you will receive with your kit! So if you happen to lose them, just come back here!
