Yes, the Midge Master Insect Trap will also trap mosquitoes. It uses a UV light on the top to attract them from a distance, and the fan in the centre pulls them into a trap chamber, where they dehydrate and die.

Yes, you could use the Midge Master Insect Trap indoors, but you would need to be mindful about placing it away from other competing light sources to ensure that the main focus for the insects is the light on the machine. Competing light sources can diminish the effectiveness of the light as a lure. Typically these machines are better to be placed outdoors, rather than indoors as the more you tackle the issue outside, the inside should improve as well.

A trap like the Midge Master Insect Trap uses a UV globe to drawn insects closer to the trap for it to catch effectively. During the day, there's too much competiting light for this to be the focal point for insects in the area, so it's not going to be doing too much through the day, just at night.

For the Midge Master Insect Trap, it can work on both Mosquitoes and Midges, as they're both blood sucking insects, and will generall fall for the same tricks the unit will use to lure in the insects.

Good. Can get midges if they’re large enough. Most escape. Needs finer mesh for midges lining the black plastic. – Noseeum netting might work.
