Our Amazing Magnesium Bath Flakes are your personal relaxation assistant. Made from pure, Magnesium Chloride flakes (Not Magnesium Sulfate!). Taking a warm bath in these Amazing Magnesium Flakes is an effective way to relax and unwind after a long day.

Due to how effective our Amazing Bath Flakes are, you only need to use 1/2 cup in a regular-sized bath.
We recommend 2-3 baths per week in conjunction with daily use of your Magnesium Spray or Gel. Also excellent to use before bed.
We highly recommend you get one, they are fantastic. Otherwise, try adding a tablespoon into a foot bath, this is still a great way to reap the benefits of Amazing Magnesium. You may prefer to use our Amazing Magnesium Gel or our Amazing Magnesium Spray.
