Mealy Bugs are unfortunately not listed on the table for David Grays Systemic Bug Killer, but the active ingredient imidacloprid can treat that insect, I would be unsure what the mixing rate would be.
This was sold to me by a Plant Nursery specifically to treat mealy bugs

Hi, is this okay on Indoor plants. I have nearly bugs and spider mites?
Easy to use, works well controlling mealybugs on succulents.
Great product and fast delivery
This is a great product – a real killer (of unwanted bugs ?) A great buying experience through Pestrol as well.
I used this on my daphnes in pots for mealy bug infestations for which I’ve tried just about every possible method including wiping individual leaves with isopropyl alcohol – seems to be working thus far!
