    Does this catch several at a time or only 1. Can rats continuously enter the trap thanks Chris asked on 12 January 2025

    Hey Chris,
    Yes, rats would be able to continuously enter the Commercial Human Rodent Trap. The doors don't have a locking mechanism, rats can freel push the door open to enter, but due to curved inner side, they aren't able to lift the door back up to exit the trap.

    How is this trap set - it is unclear how to bait the arm that holds the door up Erin asked on 20 February 2024

    Hey Erin,
    The beauty of the Commercial Humane Rodent Trap is you wouldn't really have to use the bait arm to hold the doors open, you can just leave the bait towards the back of the trap with the doors closed. As the rodents smell the bait, they will find the entry way in through the doors, but once they shut behind them, the curved door is designed to prevent them from being able to walk back out of the trap.
