Commercial Laser Bird Repeller that utilises lasers are the newest and most effective, humane way to remove birds from making your commercial buildings their home. Laser beams are well-documented to chase away the annoyance of birds. The laser beam seeks out their roosting spots, alarming and confusing them and they flee.
Laser technology is now being used more commonly as a bird deterrent and research into effective scaring techniques using low-power lasers is ongoing. The most common type of laser used for bird control is the handheld laser which resembles a small handgun, however, for the safety of others, Pestrol will only provide a wall/ceiling mounted power operated laser device. The main benefits of a laser are that the product is silent, environmentally safe, simple to use and non-lethal. The main disadvantage of a handheld laser used outside is that the product is considered to be ineffective in daylight, certainly in strong sunlight, and has its main use between dusk and dawn. This restricts its use of the control of those species that are active during darkness or dawn/dusk as well as for the control of roosting birds. Again, as our Commercial Laser Bird Repeller is used for only indoor application, our Laser Bird Repeller can be used 24 hours a day and is effective during sunlight hours.
Laser Bird Deterrents are perceived as a physical danger by birds as the powerful green and red laser beams are directed at them randomly. They will consider the environment in which the laser is used as unsafe and they will leave the area. Birds do not get accustomed to the laser light and after systematic use, they will vacate the area and never return. If the Commercial Laser Bird Repeller is unable to reach all areas of your internal buildings you may wish to place bird spikes in those places birds could consider a hiding place.
Mount up high in the building so laser beams point at perch areas and away from people. This laser bird deterrent is CLASS II. The power of each point is no more than 1 milliwatt, which is not harmful to the human body or eyes.
Our Laser Bird Deterrent covers up to 1000 metres, depending on the shape and layout of the buildings. Our commercial bird repeller comes with a remote control for easy operation.
