That's correct, the Bird and Rodent Copper Mesh will measure to 15cm when the tube is flattened.

I would say that one roll of Bird and Rodent Copper Mesh 15cm x 30m would be sufficient enough for that purpose. As it's got a 15cm width, even though mesh like this does compress somewhat, the width would be plenty to make sure the gap is filled. If the length is greater than 30m, you could cut further strips off the one roll should you need to cover more and provided that the mesh has suitable filled the gap without using all of the 15cm width.

Works a treat
Had a mouse problem. Somehow it got behind my dishwasher and ate through the hoses! Bought the Copper Mesh to put around the new hoses and other open areas. So far so good. An easy product to cut to length and slip over hoses or wires. Pestrol delivered promptly. Great range of products.
I wrap a double layer around my figs to stop the rats as part of various strategies – otherwise I’d get none of the fruit!!
