• Preparation:
  • Ensure the lawn is dry before application. Do not mow the lawn for at least 4 days before or after applying the product.
• Mixing:
  • For a 250mL bottle, mix 15mL of Kleen Lawn Selective Grass Weed Killer with 4 litres of water.
  • Ensure you mix thoroughly to get an even solution.
• Application:
  • Using a sprayer or watering can, apply the solution evenly over the affected areas of the lawn, focusing on the weeds you wish to eliminate.
  • Note: Be careful not to overspray onto non-target areas like garden beds or shrubs.
• Best Time to Apply:
  • Apply in spring or autumn, when weeds are actively growing. This is the most effective time for the product to work.
  • Avoid applying during extremely hot weather (above 30°C) or if rain is expected within 24 hours.
• After Application:
  • Allow the solution to dry and work for at least 24 hours without watering the lawn.
  • Do not mow the lawn for 4 days after application to allow the product to fully take effect.
• Reapplication:
  • If necessary, reapply after 3 weeks for persistent weeds. Avoid over-application to prevent damage to your lawn.

• Do not apply in extreme heat:
  • Avoid using the product when the temperature exceeds 30°C (86°F), as it may cause damage to your lawn and reduce the effectiveness of the product.
• Not suitable for Buffalo lawns:
  • This product is not safe for use on Buffalo grass. It can cause damage to the grass, so make sure to apply it only on the recommended lawn types (such as Couch, Kikuyu, and Bent grass).
• Avoid mowing for 4 days:
  • Do not mow your lawn for at least 4 days before or after application to allow the herbicide to work effectively. Mowing can interfere with the absorption of the product into the weeds.
