30 Seconds Roof Treatment Concentrate 5L is a cost-effective, non-bleach based roof cleaner can be used to treat most types of roofs & surface types.
Our product treats the lichen and moss that can secrete destructive acids causing damage to roof materials.
It can be used on a variety of roof surfaces including clay tile, concrete tile, deterministic, colour steel, super 6, slate, synthetic tiles, polycarbonates.
Keep pets indoors and away from the surface being treated during the application of this product.
Pets can be allowed back on to the treated surface only once it is completely dry.

When using 30 Seconds Roof Treatment Concentrate, DO NOT collect drinking water for 3-4 weeks after applying.
Hey Dom,
Yes that's correct, 30 seconds Roof Treatment Concentrate is to sprayed directly onto a dry surface after diluting 1L of concentrate per 4L of water, saturating the area to be treated, and shouldn't be rinsed off.
