    30 Seconds Roof Treatment Concentrate 5L is a cost-effective, non-bleach based roof cleaner can be used to treat most types of roofs & surface types.

    Our product treats the lichen and moss that can secrete destructive acids causing damage to roof materials.

    It can be used on a variety of roof surfaces including clay tile, concrete tile, deterministic, colour steel, super 6, slate, synthetic tiles, polycarbonates.

    Features:

    • Economical 4 parts water to 1 part concentrate – makes 25 Lt
    • The product works slowly over time with the aid of the elements
    • Phosphate-free, bleach-free
    • No harsh scrubbing required
    • Use to maintain areas treated
    • No harsh scrubbing or water blasting required

    For best results with 30 Seconds Roof Treatment Concentrate, choose an overcast day with minimal wind and no rain expectations for 12 hours.

    How long after application can roof water run into tanks? Ken Winter asked on 15 October 2024

    Hey Ken,
    When using 30 Seconds Roof Treatment Concentrate, DO NOT collect drinking water for 3-4 weeks after applying.

    Hey Dom,
    Yes that's correct, 30 seconds Roof Treatment Concentrate is to sprayed directly onto a dry surface after diluting 1L of concentrate per 4L of water, saturating the area to be treated, and shouldn't be rinsed off.

      The black mould seems to be changing colour after product was sprayed onto it.
