    30 Seconds Roof Treatment Concentrate 5L

    30 Seconds Roof Treatment Concentrate 5L is a cost-effective, non-bleach based roof cleaner can be used to treat most types of roofs & surface types. Our product treats the lichen and moss that can secrete destructive acids causing damage to roof materials.

    It can be used on a variety of roof surfaces including clay tile, concrete tile, deterministic, colour steel, super 6, slate, synthetic tiles, polycarbonates.

    How to Use

    1. Mixing: Mix 1 litre of 30 Seconds Roof Treatment Concentrate with 4 litres of water in a pump sprayer. This creates 5 litres of spray.
    2. Application:
      • Spray the mixture directly onto a dry roof surface.
      • Saturate the area to be treated.
      • Apply on an overcast day with minimal wind and no rain expected for 12 hours. Avoid spraying in direct sunlight.
    3. Post-Application:
      • Do not rinse off the product. It works over time with the weather to remove the unwanted growth.
      • Rinse surrounding grass and plant areas with water before and after use to avoid damage.
    4. Important Considerations:
      • Do not mix with other chemicals.
      • Do not collect drinking water for 3-4 weeks after applying the treatment.
      • Disconnect downpipes if you collect roof water.
    5. For Heavy Contamination: Heavily contaminated surfaces may take up to 6 months to come clean. Brushing to remove dead material may be required. Reapplication may be needed. Do not repeat treatment more than 6 times per year.

    Yes that's correct, 30 seconds Roof Treatment Concentrate is to sprayed directly onto a dry surface after diluting 1L of concentrate per 4L of water, saturating the area to be treated, and shouldn't be rinsed off.
