We are committed to delivering our range of Pestrol products across Australia, catering to both residential and business addresses. We kindly ask that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available during business hours to ensure the safe receipt of your order. In situations where delivery is attempted and no one is available to accept it, but a safe drop-off point is present, couriers are instructed to leave the parcel securely at your location, with the delivery status updated to “Authority to leave at the front door.” For Australia Post deliveries, if you’re not available, a notification card will be left, and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post or Parcel Connect Agent for you to collect at your convenience.

For deliveries handled by Aramex and Toll, if no safe location is found and no one is available to accept the parcel, the driver will make several attempts before the parcel is returned to our facility.

A Kind Note: When you opt for your parcel to be left at your specified address without a signature, we place our trust in the safety of the drop-off point. However, we kindly remind you that the security of the parcel then falls under your care.

Cancellation of Orders Policy 

At Pestrol, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations below:

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within a limited time frame after it has been placed. Cancellations must be requested within 2 hour of placing the order to be eligible for cancellation without any fees. Once the order has been processed and moved to our warehouse for fulfillment, we will no longer be able to cancel the order.

Orders in Warehouse

Once your order enters the warehouse processing stage, it can no longer be canceled. At this point, the order will be prepared for dispatch and shipped out to you. If you still wish to cancel your order at this stage, you will need to wait until you receive the package and initiate a return.

Returns and Restocking Fee

If you decide to return an order that has already been processed and shipped, the following conditions apply:

  • You are responsible for shipping the items back to us in their original condition.
  • A restocking fee of $15.00 will be applied to your return, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
